With Easter right around the corner, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite side dishes. This is a really easy recipe and perfect for a last min potluck. Enjoy!
1 8.5 oz package of dry corn bread mix
1 15oz can of corn,drained
1 15oz can of creamed corn
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of melted butter
Place all ingredients in a tin half tray or a 9×9 baking dish and mix well. Place in a 350 degree smoker and cook for 45-50 min or until the top turns golden. Let rest 10 min before serving. Yep its that easy.
