Looking for something different to serve your guests, this unique recipe will always stand out from the crowd. A perfect blend of salty, sweet and sour with a clean fresh taste will be sure to impress at he next party.
Cut your watermelon into slices and use a small plate to cut into 3 inch circles (you can also make these bite size by cutting the watermellon into 1 in circles or cubes). Season the watermelon with ground black pepper and place on a 400 degree grill for a couple minutes on each side, you want to be able to get grill marks without actually cooking the watermelon. When done place the watermelon slices in the freezer for 5 min to chill. Top your slices with crumbled feta, a little sliced prosciutto and a pinch of finely sliced mint. And for the final touch drizzle with a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar. Enjoy!
