Are you looking at throwing some variety into your dinner. How about chicken wings 3 ways? This recipe includes 3 versions of spicy and smokey chicken wings. We have a classic buffalo, an Asian sweet chili and a jalapeño lime. Fire up your GMGs and enjoy.
Ingredients
3lbs of chicken wings
GMG Sizzle Rub
Classic Buffalo Sauce
1/4 cup of Louisiana hot sauce
2 tablespoons of salted butter (melted)
1 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
1/4 cup of plum sauce
1 tablespoon of garlic chili sauce
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Jalapeno lime Sauce
Juice of one lime
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon of minced jalapeño (less or more depending on your heat tolerance)
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Directions
First combine each of the sauces ingredients and set aside. Then turn your Green Mountain Grill to 250f. While the grill is heating up season all of your chicken wings with Green Mountain Grills Sizzle Rub. Cook the wings at 250f for 40 min flipping once, then turn your grill up to 350 and continue to cook until crisp and the internal temp hits 175-180. Divide your chicken and toss them with the sauces (I made trays out of foil for this step), Place the coated wings in their trays back in the smoker and continue to cook for 10 min. Remove and enjoy!
