Reuben Sandwich meet the GMG. We took this classic sandwich took away the rye, added some smoke and bacon and created this one of a kind meal.
Ingredients
2lbs of ground beef
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of pepper
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of crushed coriander
1/4 cup of thousand island dressing
4 deli slices of swiss cheese
8 tablespoons of sauerkraut
8 slices of bacon
Directions
Start by setting your GMG to 240f. Next combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic salt, coriander and thousand island dressing in a large mixing bowl. Then pat out ground beef mixture and fill with 1/2 a piece of swiss and a pinch of sauerkraut. Pinch together and form a ball. Lastly wrap in bacon and skewer to hold bacon in place. Repeat to make around 8 Reuben Bombs. Smoke for 2 hours at 245f or until bacon is crisp.Use some extra thousand island for a dipping sauce. Enjoy!
